Mindi received the Lord at a very young age while attending Sunday School at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. After a life of complacency as a teen and early college student, she resubmitted her life to the Lord in her early twenties. She and Dave have been married since 1991. In 1994 they moved to Colorado with their 18-month-old daughter and planted Horizon Christian Fellowship in Littleton, CO. There, she served in women's ministry and oversaw the bookstore. After being in Littleton for over 17 years, the Lord called her husband to serve at Calvary Castle Rock. At Castle Rock, she continues to serve in the Women's Ministry. She is passionate about seeing women grow and mature in the Lord Jesus with a hunger for His word. She enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with their four children.

Within just a few notes and a few quiet lyrics, it becomes evident that Sherri Youngward is an artist with a passion for God. Her desire to express the beauty of Jesus Christ and His love for us is the fuel that powers her music, and her love of God’s Word is woven throughout her twelve full-length albums. Two of them, Scripture Songs Volume One and Two, are straight Scripture put to song. Sherri lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and has traveled extensively for over twenty years teaching and playing music. Recently, Sherri is hosting online gatherings, retreats, and workshops.
